Our Union’s Mission and Values

The Natick Patrol Officer’s Association is dedicated to representing and supporting our police officers to ensure a safer community. We advocate for fair wages, proper training, and policies that enhance public safety while respecting officer rights. Our union works tirelessly to foster transparency, build trust within the community, and uphold the integrity of law enforcement in Natick.

Our President has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and leads the union with a focus on community engagement and transparency.
